Buyers & Sellers: USC's Steve Sarkisian Lists L.A.-Area Mansion For $9.5M

USC football coach STEVE SARKISIAN has put his home in Rolling Hills, Calif., "on the market" for $9.5M. Sarkisian, who in April "announced that he and his wife, STEPHANIE, are in the process of getting a divorce, bought the house last year" for $8M. Set on 5.21 acres, the "gated estate is accessed by a stone driveway and includes a swimming pool with a spa, a tennis court, a 2,200-gallon koi pond, a putting green and a 500-tree fruit orchard" (LATIMES.com, 6/16)....Free agent WR REGGIE WAYNE has put his Miami condo "up for rent for $5,900 a month." The 1,919-square-foot rental "is cozy ... for a small place -- unfurnished, no less -- with a big price tag" (INDIANAPOLIS STAR, 6/16)....A home owned by former NBAer JOE SMITH "is on the market" in Scottsdale for $2.75M. The Tuscan-inspired Contemporary "sits on about an acre with a swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a lighted sports court, a playground and a casita." Built in '02, the 8,200-square-foot home is located in a gated community and "has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms." A separate "casita holds an exercise room and a music studio." Smith "bought the home" in '05 for $2.225M (LATIMES.com, 6/16)....Former NBAer PEJA STOJAKOVIC is "selling his four-bedroom Miami Beach home" for $8.9M. He "bought the house on Sunset Islands" for nearly $3.7M in '12. The 4,500-square-foot property built in '38 "includes a pool and a boat dock," and was "recently renovated to add a modern kitchen, vaulted ceilings, oak floors and smart home technology" (MIAMIHERALD.com, 6/18).
