Buyers & Sellers: Ndamukong Suh, Curt Schilling Among Those Listing Homes

Dolphins DT NDAMUKONG SUH "recently put his 7,394-square-foot pad" in downtown Birmingham, Mich., on the market for $3.45M. The five-bedroom home "sits on 1.26 acres." It "has four full bathrooms and three half-baths, an indoor 'sport court,' a massage room, pool and full-size workout room" (FREEP.com, 5/19). Suh's master bedroom "has its own patio and the 'resort-like lower level rivals the best hotel bars'" (DETROIT.CBSLOCAL.com, 5/19)....The 26-acre mansion in Medfield, Mass., owned by ESPN baseball analyst CURT SCHILLING "is on the market again." After listing it for $3M last year, the price "was later dropped" to $2.5M. It is now "on the market for just under" $2.4M. With seven bedrooms and eight baths, the colonial-style home "has a grand foyer and staircase, four fireplaces, and a master suite with a private terrace." Outside, the private lot "has a pool and putting green, and the listing also mentions a Major League constructed batting cage" (BOSTONMAGAZINE.com, 5/15)....Former MLBer ROYCE CLAYTON has "put his home in Malibu on the market" for $2.495M. The ranch-style home sits "on more than an acre" of land and features "a larger entertainer's patio and generous views of the surrounding mountains." The master suite "occupies a separate wing with a large walk-in closet for four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,640 square feet" (LATIMES.com, 5/15).

GOING, GOING, GONE: Indians 1B coach SANDY ALOMAR JR. has "sold his four-bedroom, 4,200-square-foot brick house" in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago for $1.4M (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 5/18)....Former NBAer ANDREI KIRILENKO and his wife "have sold their home in Bel-Air off-market" for $3.4M. Kirilenko, who is currently playing for CSKA Moscow, bought the 2,285-square-foot home, which "overlooks the Stone Canyon reservoir," in '13 for $2.75M (LATIMES.com, 5/19).
