The Penguins and Lightning will play a '15-16 preseason game on Sept. 29 at Cambria County War Memorial Arena in Johnstown, Pa., as a result of the city "being recognized as Hockeyville USA by Kraft in a marketing promotion," according to Jason Mackey of the PITTSBURGH TRIBUNE-REVIEW. The rink "will receive $150,000 in upgrades and the rights to host the preseason game," which will on NBCSN. The Penguins said that the facility "will use the money to improve its ice-making equipment and scoreboard."
