Overnight Ratings: Fox Sees Uptick For Second NASCAR Sprint Cup Race Of '15 Season

The second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race of the season drew a 5.1 overnight rating yesterday on Fox from Atlanta Motor Speedway, up 6% from a 4.8 for the second race last year, which aired from Phoenix Int’l Raceway. Yesterday’s race started at 2:15pm ET due to a weather delay. The race from Phoenix in '13 drew a 5.3 overnight.

NOTES: Arkansas-Kentucky led all college hoops over the weekend despite a lopsided score. UK’s 84-67 win delivered a 2.0 overnight for CBS from 4:15-6:30pm on Saturday. ESPN’s Syracuse-Duke delivered the next-best rating with a 1.4 overnight in the 7:15-9:15pm window on Saturday....Sunday’s PGA Tour Honda Classic coverage delivered a 2.1 rating yesterday on NBC. With no play on Saturday due to inclement weather, yesterday’s coverage featured the third round and a few holes from the final round. Coverage concludes today on Golf Channel.
