Just For Kicks: Bears' Robbie Gould Stars In Local TV Spot For Appliance Retailer

Bears K Robbie Gould is "in a new television spot" for appliance retailer hhgregg, according to Lewis Lazare of the CHICAGO BUSINESS JOURNAL. The ad, from Zimmerman Advertising, Ft. Lauderdale, "will air for the first time" on Saturday during "Inside The Bears" on Chicago-based WFLD-Fox as part of hhgregg's "promotional partnership this season" with the team. In the commercial, Gould is seen kicking a field goal "into the holding bin of a large refrigerator that is rolled out onto the playing field," followed by "what appears to be a top-loading washer." He then kicks another "at a tiny electric blender with its top off." Lazare noted special effects "just may have played a role" in the spot (CHICAGO BUSINESS JOURNAL, 10/21).
