NBA Senior VP/Licensing & Business Affairs VICKY PICCA is leaving the league after 14 years to join online retailer Fanatics. While Picca's title has not been finalized, she will be based in N.Y., work in Fanatics' business affairs department and report to Fanatics Exec VP/Business Affairs GARY GERTZOG. Picca joined the NBA in '00 as Associate Counsel and assumed her role overseeing NBA licensing in '07 (Terry Lefton, Editor-At-Large).

EXECS: USA Rugby promoted BOD member BOB LATHAM to Chair, replacing KEVIN ROBERTS. The BOD also re-upped ROB KING for another two-year term and ROBERT KIMMIT takes Latham's vacated position. Former USA Eagle member and USA Rugby CMO PAM KOSANKE will serve as Int'l Athlete, replacing BETH BLACK.
