MLB Network yesterday appointed ROB MCGLARRY Exec VP/Content, filling a slot that has been vacant since last year when MARK LOOMIS moved over to Fox Sports. The net announced the move during an internal meeting. McGlarry in his new role will oversee the production and programming departments and will report to MLB Network President & CEO TONY PETITTI. McGlarry previously headed up MLB Network's business and legal affairs, as well as its affiliate relations departments. Those responsibilities now will be handled by VP/Business & Legal Affairs ERICK VAN TUYL and VP/Distribution, Affiliate Sales & Marketing BRENT FISHER (John Ourand, Staff Writer). 

EXECS: The Horizon League named JRL Consulting President and former NCAA VP/Enforcement JULIE ROE LACH Deputy Commissioner.
