Jaguar has named David Beckham a brand ambassador to be featured in marketing campaigns for the brand's forthcoming product launches in China. Beckham will begin by endorsing the new F-Type Coupe in a series of print and TV ads appearing exclusively in China. The print campaign will run in magazines and billboards throughout the country, with the TV campaign rolling out later this year (Jaguar).

FAN LOYALTY
: Seahawks jerseys with "FAN" on the name plate and the No. 12 "are now the 10th best-selling jersey this season." Only two jerseys "sold better in February on the league's official online store than the 12th Fan jerseys," Seahawks QB Russell Wilson and Broncos QB Peyton Manning. The sale of Seahawks 12th Fan gear "is a way around" the licensing agreement between the team and Texas A&M regarding the 12th Man term (ESPN.com, 3/6).

I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM...: The Royals have signed a new multiyear partnership with K.C.-based Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy foods. Belfonte will open an ice cream shop located in center field in the Outfield Experience at Kauffman Stadium for the '14 season. The company also will have multiple cart locations and concessions planned around the ballpark (Royals).
