The MLBPA named DC-based lawyer KEVIN MCGUINESS COO. McGuiness has spent the past 10 years as the President of McGuiness Group, a lobbying and representation firm he created in '04. McGuiness will be responsible for overseeing the MLBPA's day-to-day operations (MLBPA).
