Serie A club Inter Milan on Friday elected new Owner ERICK THOHIR as club President. Thohir, who "purchased a majority stake of Inter last month," was "confirmed as the new president at an extraordinary board meeting," bringing his predecessor MASSIMO MORATTI's 18-year tenure to an end (AP, 11/15). Thohir, ROSAN ROESLANI, and HANDY SOETEDJO, who form Int'l Sports Capital now own a 70% stake in the club (Christopher Botta, Staff Writer).
