Superior Court Judge FRANK ROESCH has "granted the motion for change of venue" to L.A. in former NBPA Exec Dir BILLY HUNTER's lawsuit against former NBPA President DEREK FISHER and the union. Hunter "filed the suit in Alameda County, but lawyers for Fisher, his publicist, JAMIE WIOR, and the NBPA argued it should be" in L.A. where they both live (AP, 8/15).

TYING THE KNOT: Nets and Barclays Center CEO BRETT YORMARK and fiancee ELAINA SCOTTO got married "in a small private ceremony at the St. Regis last week." Expected attendees for a wedding party tonight in N.Y. include NBC's MATT LAUER, KATIE COURIC, Nets coach JASON KIDD, Fox NFL analyst MICHAEL STRAHAN and Forest City Ratner Chair & CEO BRUCE RATNER (N.Y.
