The Browns named Padres Senior VP/Business Operations BRENT STEHLIK Exec VP & Chief Revenue Officer (ESPN.com, 12/30). Stehlik is a Cleveland native, who "oversaw all aspects of revenue generation and marketing for the Padres." He will work under Browns President ALEC SCHEINER, who was named to the position on Dec. 18. Stehlik and Scheiner previously worked together with the Cowboys, where Stehlik served as Business Development Dir and Scheiner served as Senior VP & General Counsel (AKRON BEACON JOURNAL, 12/31).

EXECS: The Aspire Group named Stetson Univ. Marketing/Sales Assistant DAMECIA JACKSON NCAA Sales Consultant (THE DAILY)....Race On named Orioles Corporate Sales Account Manager DEBBIE BELL VP/Sales & Marketing (Baltimore SUN, 12/28). Race On manages the Baltimore Grand Prix (THE DAILY).
