WNBA Owners Give $55,900 To Presidential Campaigns During Election Cycle

WNBA owners have contributed $55,900 to the campaigns of President Obama and Mitt Romney during this election cycle, according to an analysis of FEC filings by SBJ/SBD. Seven owners have contributed to Romney, with six at the $5,000 level. Former Dream Owner Kathy Betty donated in the $2,500-$4,999 range while she still had a stake in the team. Obama has had four WNBA owners give donations, with three at the $5,000 level. Sparks Owner & CEO Paula Madison donated to Obama at the $2,500-$4,999 level (THE DAILY).
