Georgia State Univ. AD CHERYL LEVICK has signed a five-year extension that goes into effect on July 1 (Georgia State). Levick will receive a "base salary of $280,000 this year and it will increase in $10,000 increments until reaching $320,000 in 2017." Levick's original deal, signed in '09, had a base salary of $220,000. The new contract "includes numerous bonuses ranging from on-the-field achievements to off-the-court longevity" (AJC.com, 10/25)....Fordham Univ. promoted Dir of Athletic Administration CHARLIE ELWOOD to Deputy AD (Fordham)….The Univ. of Wisconsin-Green Bay promoted JEREMY CLEVEN to Dir of Sports Medicine & Performance, ANDREW GAVIN to Assistant AD/Communications & Video Services and ADAM HALFMANN to Assistant AD/Marketing & Promotions (UWGB)….Endurance challenge series Tough Mudder named SIMON MASSIE-TAYLOR Dir of Partnerships (THE DAILY)....AEG named MICHAEL HAPKA O2 World Berlin GM. Hapka "replaces interim GM UWE FROMMHOLD, who is also the VP of AEG Facilities Deutschland and GM of the O2 World Hamburg." Hapka will start his new position on Jan. 7 (MUSIKMARKT.de, 10/25).
