Bulls CEO SCOTT FRASNELLY Dir of Business Growth & Development (ECHL)….The Coyotes signed Assistant to the GM and goaltender coach SEAN BURKE to a multiyear extension (Coyotes)….The Blues promoted ROB SCHNETTLER to Dir of Guest Services & Security (Blues)….KTRK-ABC in Houston named GREG BAILEY as the successor to Sports Dir BOB ALLEN, who is leaving the station at year’s end.
