That figure is down 10% from a 2.1 overnight for last year, when David Toms won the event. On cable TV, ESPN earned a 0.5 overnight for the Loyola (MD)-Maryland men's lacrosse championship Monday, down from a 0.6 for Maryland-Virginia last year. ESPN also earned a 0.9 overnight for its "Sunday Night Baseball" telecast featuring Nationals-Braves, down from a 1.3 rating for Reds-Braves last year.
