MCCREIGHT is expected to join the Colts, and Licht "could be filling that role" (BOSTON.com, 5/3)....The Raiders named former Packers scout SHAUN HEROCK Dir of College Scouting. Herock is the son of former Raiders Dir of Player Personnel KEN HEROCK (ESPN.com, 5/2)....NFL Network Manager of Programming JEFF KAISER will leave the net and join Time Warner Cable Sports as Dir of Programming & Acquisitions. Kaiser will be based in L.A. and help launch TWC's two RSNs this fall (John Ourand, THE DAILY).

EXECS: The CFLPA yesterday appointed Dir of Marketing for Pro Players MIKE MORREALE President. The CFLPA also named JAY MCNEIL 1st VP, SCOTT FLORY 2nd VP and MARWAN HAGE 3rd VP (CFLPA). Morreale succeeds STU LAIRD, who had served as CFLPA President since '01 (CP, 5/1)....The Professional Lacrosse League named PAUL STEWART VP/Lacrosse Operations for the new Professional Indoor Lacrosse League (PLL).
