Bleacher Report has named DREW ATHERTON its first CFO, effective immediately. Atherton, who most recently served as COO & CFO for eNom, will report to Bleacher Report CEO BRIAN GREY and be based in the company's S.F. HQs (Bleacher Report)....Panoz Motor Sports Group named SCOT ELKINS COO of the American Le Mans Series and the Int'l Motor Sports Association. The company also promoted EDWARD TRIOLO to the newly created position of Integrated Marketing Communications Senior VP (PMSG)....Betfair CEO DAVID YU said that he "will not seek to renew his contract with the exchange wagering company when it expires in October 2012" (BLOODHORSE.com, 6/28)....Missouri Western State Univ. "has parted ways" with AD DAVE WILLIAMS, whose contract "was not renewed" after a three year term. MWSU VP/University Advancement DAN NICOSEN will serve as interim AD (KANSASCITY.com, 6/28).
