Longtime sports marketer DOCKERY CLARK is leaving her job as PBR CMO to become Chief of Staff for the '12 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte. Clark will transition over the next 30 days, and will start work as part of the DNC team as soon as Monday. Clark started working for the PBR in September. Prior to that, she served as MillerCoors Dir of Sports & Entertainment Marketing and spent 11 years handling marketing for Bank of America (THE DAILY).
EXECS: CFL Edmonton Eskimos President & CEO RICK LELACHEUR announced that he has "handed in his resignation, effective at the conclusion of his contract in December 2012." He said that he "decided to make the announcement now to allow the board of directors time to conduct a proper search for his replacement" (EDMONTON SUN, 6/1)....The World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry named Li Ning Sports USA GM JAY LI to its trade committee (WFSGI)....Indiana Sports Corp. named Velocity Sports Performance Business Dir MOLLY POWELL Dir of Youth Programming, succeeding JOHN BYERS, who is retiring (Indiana Sports Corp.)....ARIKO ISO, the "first and only full-time woman assistant athletic trainer in the NFL, will leave the Steelers June 10 to become the head athletic trainer at Oregon State." Iso spent the last nine seasons with the Steelers (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 6/2).
