The Colts have shifted BILL POLIAN's title to Vice Chair. Polian has been team President since '98. Colts Owner JIM IRSAY "downplayed the move, describing it as the next phase in an ongoing transition that eventually will lead" to VP & GM CHRIS POLIAN "replacing his father and handling all football operations for the Colts" (INDIANAPOLIS STAR, 2/26).

CHANGING IT UP: SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL's Michael Smith reports IMG College has "formalized several high-ranking personnel moves," including the promotion of TONY CRISPINO to COO. Crispino, formerly IMG Senior VP/Operations & Finance in the Cleveland office, is moving to IMG College HQs in Winston-Salem, N.C., "to assist President BEN SUTTON with the day-to-day operations, while also working on business development, financial management and strategic growth" (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 2/28 issue).

EXECS: The Ducks have signed Exec VP & GM BOB MURRAY to a four-year contract extension through the '15-16 NHL season (Ducks)....Arent Fox LLP has hired WWE General Counsel JARED BARTIE as Counsel (THE DAILY)....The Red Sox have promoted the following: TROUP PARKINSON to Senior VP/Corporate Partnerships; CRAIG SHIPLEY to Senior VP/Player Personnel & Int'l Scouting; MARY SPRONG to Senior VP/Human Resources & Administration; ALLARD BAIRD to VP/Player Personnel & Professional Scouting; MIKE HAZEN to VP/Player Development & Amateur Scouting; BRIAN O'HALLORAN to VP/Baseball Operations; and MARK SOLITRO to VP & Controller (Red Sox)....Barclays Center has hired SEAN SAADEH as VP/Programming. Saadeh joins Barclays Center after nearly three years as Exec Dir of Booking for AEG Facilities, where he oversaw Jobing.com Arena (Nets)....The NFL Cardinals have hired SCOTT COLEMAN as Dir of Corporate Partner Service & Activation. Coleman previously served in a similar capacity for the Suns (Cardinals).
