Edwards Takes Job As
Dir Of Sales For NHRA

Turner Sports Ad Sales named WILL BLAIR Senior VP/Sponsorships & Sales. He will be based in N.Y. and will report to Turner Sports Exec VP/Ad Sales & Marketing JON DIAMENT. Blair previously served as VP/Brand Activation & Media Partnerships for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim (Turner)....Comcast-Spectacor named LOU SCHEINFELD VP/Development. Scheinfeld most recently served as Dir of Closure for the Spectrum in Philadelphia (Comcast)....The NHRA hired former ISC sales executive Leonard Edwards as Dir of Sales. Edwards will report to NHRA VP/Sales Tony Driscoll and be based in NHRA's Charlotte office. He comes to the NHRA after seven years at ISC, where he worked most recently as Manager of Partnership Sales (Tripp Mickle, SportsBusiness Journal)....Global Spectrum named JOSH INGLE Dir of Operations at Wells Fargo Center. Ingle previously served as Dir of Operations at Global Spectrum's Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. (Global Spectrum)....Massachusetts-based Kazmaier Associates, Inc. has promoted VP & General Counsel BOB RUXIN to President, succeeding Founder DICK KAZMAIER, who will serve as Chair (Kazmaier Associates)....The Univ. of Arkansas-Pine Bluff named Associate AD for Business WILLIE FULTON interim AD (UAP)....La Salle Univ. has promoted Athletic Communications Assistant MICHELLE SERABIAN to Assistant AD for Communications (La Salle).
