NBC Sports promoted KEVIN MONAGHAN to NBC Universal Sports & Olympics Senior VP/Business Development. Monaghan has served as VP/Business Development at NBC Sports since '99, where he has been responsible for the creation, acquisition and financial oversight of NBC Sports' owned-and-operated programming, including the AST Dew Tour, the American Century Championships and the National Dog Show. NBC is expected to announce the promotion today (THE DAILY).

ISP: ISP Sports announced the following promotions: DAN BARRETT to Senior VP and Conference Relationship Manager for Conference USA, CHRIS FERRIS to Senior VP of the ISP Sports Radio Network, REX HOUGH to Senior VP and Conference Relationship Manager for the Big East Conference, JOHN JUSTUS to Senior VP/Publishing, JANEEN LALIK to Senior VP/New Business Development, SCOTT MALAGA to Senior VP/National Sales and Conference Relationship Manager for the Pac-10 Conference, MIKE WOLFERT to Senior VP and Conference Relationship Manager for the ACC and JIM WOODRUM to Senior VP and Conference Relationship Manager for the Mid-American Conference (ISP).

EXECS: DAVID MARSHALL has resigned as Vice-Chair of the Youbet BOD after receiving notice from the company that it was terminating a service agreement with him. From ’89-98 and briefly in ‘02, Marshall served as CEO of Youbet before being replaced by CHARLES CHAMPION (BLOODHORSE.com, 10/30)....The MLB Giants named JOHN BARR Special Assistant to GM BRIAN SABEAN and promoted DOUG MAPSON to Coordinator of Amateur Scouting (Giants)....Wild Dir of Corporate Sales MIKE SNEE, who has been with the organization since its inception, has resigned (ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS, 10/31)....The af2 Green Bay Blizzard promoted JEFF BUEHLER to Dir of Media Relations while also continuing his duties as Dir of Ticket Sales (Blizzard).
