Reggie Bush Verbally Agrees To Be Repped By Joel Segal

USC RB REGGIE BUSH, who will declare his intent to enter the NFL Draft at a press conference today, has verbally agreed to be represented by NFL player agent JOEL SEGAL for contract negotiations, according to sources familiar with the situation. Segal’s N.Y.-based Worldwide Football Inc. represents about 50 NFL players including Falcons QB MICHAEL VICK. Sources also said that Santa Monica, California-based The Sports Link, which is owned by Reebok consultant MIKE ORNSTEIN, is close to a deal to represent Bush for marketing work. The Sports Link counts MARCUS ALLEN and TONY GONZALEZ among its clients.

LEINART: USC QB MATT LEINART intends to announce his selection of an NFL player contract advisor early next week, according to a source close to Leinart. Leinart had originally planned to announce his choice today or Friday, but the family wants to take more time to mull over the decision, the source said.
