PEOPLE & PERSONALITIES: Outdoor Life Network has signed NBC/TNT NASCAR analyst Wally Dallenbach to host a new program for the net, "Track and Trail Adventures with Wally Dallenbach." The show will debut in July and consist of hunting across North America (Outdoor Life)....Former Red Sox players Jim Rice and Sam Horn will be among a rotation of analysts for NESN's Red Sox pregame shows (BOSTON GLOBE, 3/21)....Chicago's WBBM-CBS has hired former ESPN regional sportscaster Stephen Bardo as a sports reporter, as well as an NCAA Tournament analyst (SUN-TIMES, 3/21).

IN PRODUCTION: Chicago-based Intersport is producing five college basketball specials for three networks: Three consecutive weeks of NCAA Tournament specials for FSN, the April 5 "Mountain Dew Annual Slam Dunk and Three-Point Championships" on ESPN and the April 6 "Dell Presents College Basketball's Ten Greatest Coaches" on CBS (Intersport)....The PGA Tour has launched a new Web site, www.pgatourhome.com . The site features online display and descriptions of golf decor in the categories of upholstered and leather furniture, accent tables, home office and home entertainment furniture, floor coverings, wall art and wallpaper (PGA Tour).
