          TX-based e-commerce company seeks top-level strategic
     marketing person.  Develop marketing plans and strategies
     based on target market, competitive positioning and industry
     trends.  Recommend marketing mix, including advertising,
     promotions, and public relations.  Create a marketing
     department that will obtain maximum benefit through
     organizational structure, training and leadership.  Minimum
     of three years corporate marketing experience in e-commerce,
     software or Internet environment.  Public relations and
     company/product launch experience as well as proven success
     in lead generation and field marketing activities.
