NEW FOOTBALL MAGAZINE DEBUTS WITH MONTANA LEADING THE PACK

          Joe Montana is Editor-in-Chief of In The Redzone, a new
     lifestyle and football magazine published by Eugene R. Boffa
     Jr. and distributed by Hearst Distribution Group.  The title
     debuted on newsstands yesterday and retails for $3.95 (In
     The Redzone).  USA TODAY's Gary Graves wrote the magazine
     "calls itself the first football-oriented magazine run by a
     former player."  The magazine's premier issue is 128 pages
     and it will be published ten times a year (USA TODAY, 1/3).
