EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          NASCAR VP/Touring Operations and Int'l Development
     DENNIS HUTH has resigned.  NASCAR Weekly Racing Series VP
     TOM DEERY and Dir of Operations KEVIN TRIPLETT have been
     given added responsibilities, as Deery will oversee all of
     NASCAR Touring, while Triplett will oversee the Craftsman
     Truck Series (NASCAR).  Huth will remain as a consultant to
     NASCAR (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 12/21)....Jazz GM TIM HOWELLS
     resigned to pursue other business interests.  Larry Miller
     Sports & Entertainment Division President Dennis Haslam will
     handle the day-to-day operations until a successor is found
     (THE DAILY)....The IBL Richmond Rhythm named DR. HENRY
     MARTIN as Senior VP & COO.  Martin had been IBL Senior
     VP/Franchise Development (RICHMOND TIMES-DISPATCH, 12/21).
     ...LISA COHEN has been named PR Supervisor at L.A.-based
     Broadband Sports.  Cohen was a PR exec for the Lakers from
     '93-98 (Broadband Sports)....Universal Sports America named
     PAUL EGGERT as Dir of Sponsor Development for its Streetball
     Int'l division.  Eggert will be based in the company's
     regional office in Rutherford, NJ (Streetball Int'l).
