EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that ERIK STROMAN has
     been named VP/Marketing at Iwin.com.  Stroman has been at
     Fox Sports since '95.  Lefton adds that former NBA Dir of
     Marketing Communications HILARY CASSIDY has been named
     Editor of Sporting Goods Business (BRANDWEEK, 11/29 issue).
     ...In Salt Lake City, Mike Gorrell reported that MICHAEL
     BERTELSEN, who was hired last June to "direct" the DC-based
     SLOC office, has "left 'to pursue other opportunities' and
     will not be replaced" (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 11/28)....The
     Sharks signed Exec VP & GM DEAN LOMBARDI to a new contract
     (Sharks)....ROSS BARTOW was named Memphis Motorsport Park VP
     & GM.  Bartow had been Exec Dir of the Memphis and Shelby
     County Sports Authority (SPEEDNET, 11/23).
