EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          JEFF GEWIRTZ has been named Dir of Legal Affairs for
     Meridian Management, the GA-based marketing rep of the IOC.
     Gewirtz will be Meridian's legal point person on the IOC's
     TOP sponsorship program.  Gewirtz joins Meridian after
     serving as General Counsel for the LPGA Tour (Meridian).  
     ...MSG promoted CARA TABACK to VP/PR.  Taback has served as
     Dir of PR since '97 (MSG)....The NHL named JOHN KRISIUKENAS
     as Dir of Corporate Communications.  Krisiukenas was
     Principal & Managing Dir of JCK Communications in Singapore. 
     Before starting JCK Communications, he served as VP/Group
     Manager at Jericho Communication (NHL)....DWIGHT RAIFORD was
     elected Chair-Elect of Little League Baseball's Int'l Board
     of Dir, making him the first African-American to be elected
     as an officer in the history of the league (Little League).
