EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BILL KIRKENDALL was named Orlimar Golf President & CEO. 
     Kirkendall worked in various capacities for Etonic from '82-
     98 (Orlimar Golf)....COURTNEY GIBSON was named Golf Digest
     Woman Associate Publisher, while THERESA MCCANN was named
     National Sales Dir.  Gibson was Hearst Magazines Southeast
     Ad Manager, while McCann was with the N.Y. Times Magazine
     Group (Golf Digest Woman)....The Topps Company named ANN
     KIRSCHNER and DICK TARLOW to its BOD.  Kirschner is
     President & CEO of Morningside Ventures, which develops
     online education services and other enterprises for Columbia
     Univ.  She was NFL VP/Programming & Media Development. 
     Tarlow is currently President of Tarlow Advertising,
     Revlon's in-house ad agency (Topps Company).
