          Manage Suiteholder and Shareholder lists, handle day of
     show requests, stage set-ups, etc. Oversee department
     functions, mailings and personnel.  Handle collections,
     processing payments and ticket hold lists.  Supervise
     department functions, troubleshoot situations and work
     events.  Supervise duties of day time and event time staff,
     including reviews, write-ups, pay increases, etc.  Respond
