EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Moves at Nike Golf: MIKE KELLY has accepted the newly
     created position of Dir of Communications for Nike Golf. 
     Kelly was Dir of Communications for Taylor Made.  STAN
     GRISSINGER was named Category Product Dir of Golf Equipment.
     He previously worked as Business Manager for the golf ball
     division of Maxfli.  HECTOR HERNANDEZ has been named Senior
     Apparel Designer for Nike Golf's men's line (Nike Golf).
     ..The 49ers named KEITH LENHART as VP & CFO.  He replaces
     BILL DUFFY, who resigned to become Exec VP/Administration
     for the Bills last week (N.Y. TIMES, 5/9)....KY sportscaster
     KENNY RICE is leaving WTVQ-ABC to become a full-time
     freelance reporter with ESPN (LEXINGTON HERALD-LEADER, 5/8).
