NO PAYNE, NO GAIN: IOC TO PUT MORALS CLAUSE IN SPONSOR DEALS

          IOC Marketing Dir Michael Payne told the National
     Sponsorship Conference in London that the IOC plans to put a
     "morals clause" in future Olympic sponsorship contracts that
     would allow sponsors to opt out of their deals in the case
     of an ethics scandal, according to USA TODAY.  Payne said
     the IOC would "look to introduce some form of morals clause
     that will give our partners an 'out' if there is an ethical
     lapse and we don't move to fix it" (USA TODAY, 4/15).
