          Cablevision CEO James Dolan said that purchasing assets
     of theatrical producer Livent Inc. and acquiring the Mets
     "fits with the company's strategy of becoming the
     entertainment leader" in the N.Y. area (BLOOMBERG, 3/25).
     ...The MLS Wizards have merged their marketing and
     promotions departments with those of the Chiefs.  As of this
     month, the team's total ticket sales are down almost 18%
     from last year, from 2,251 to 1,848.  Wizards Investor-
     Operator and Chiefs Owner Lamar Hunt said he wants the union
     to have "a measurable impact" by 2000, and that a
     "significant step" this year would be averaging 9,000-10,000
     paying fans (K.C. STAR, 3/25)....In Toronto, Lance Hornby
     reports that Sharks D Andrei Zyuzin is not returning to the
     team "for now."  Zyuzin: "I'm all right and I wish the team
     well" (TORONTO SUN, 3/26)....The Red Wings will move their
     AHL team from Glens Falls, NY, to Rossford, OH, and begin
     play at the Crossroads of America Arena next season.  The
     12,000-seat facility will be managed by Olympia
     Entertainment (DETROIT NEWS, 3/25).
