EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          MICHAEL MERHAB is leaving the NHLPA as Dir of Licensing
     for Trading Cards & Collectibles and will become the Exec
     VP/Licensing & Business Affairs for CA-based Internet Sports
     Network (SPORTS COLLECTORS DIGEST, 3/18)....Huffy Sports
     named HANS OHREN as Marketing Manager (Huffy)....The Rams
     named ERIC STISSER as a Sales Exec who will be responsible
     for the leasing of luxury suites at the Trans World Dome
     (Rams)....Empire Sports announced the following personnel
     moves: ALAN MCCANDLESS was promoted to Senior Dir of
     Affiliate Relations & Administration; JOHN DEMERLE was
     promoted to Exec Producer; MARK EWART was promoted to Senior
     Dir of Operations & Engineering.  In addition, PETER HASSEN
     was named Dir of Media and PR (Empire Sports).
