          In Baltimore, Jon Morgan profiles MD Stadium Authority
     Chair JOHN BROWN, who has served on the authority since '95. 
     Brown's predecessor JOHN MOAG: "John's more easygoing than I
     am.  I'm more of a Bill Parcells, and he's a Tom Landry"
     (Baltimore SUN, 3/10)....ILIE NASTASE has been nominated to
     succeed Australian BRIAN TOBIN as head of the Int'l Tennis
     Federation (ITF), along with France's CHRISTIAN BIMES,
     Sweden's JAN FRANCKE, Switzerland's HEINZ GRIMM, Britain's
     IAN KING, Australia's GEOFF POLLARD, Italy's FRANCESCO RICCI
     BITTI and the U.S.'s HARRY MARMION.  The election is in July
     (Mult., 3/10)....JACK NICKLAUS, who was an outspoken critic
     of the PGA Tour allowing players to use carts during the
     CASEY MARTIN case, says that he "might use one on the Senior
     Tour" during the early stages of his return from hip
     replacement surgery.  Martin: "I hope he uses one.  I would
     feel really bad if the best player of all time didn't play
     because he testified against me.  Swallow your pride and
     ride" (WASHINGTON POST, 3/10)....CTV is producing a two-hour
     movie about SHELDON KENNEDY which will air this fall (Van.
     PROVINCE, 3/9)....The Orange County D.A. issued an arrest
     warrant for MARIE BOGUSZEWSKI, charging her with "making
     terrorist threats" to the office of DENNIS RODMAN's former
     agent, DWIGHT MANLEY. The woman "allegedly" e-mailed and
     called the office "hundreds of times to request a date" with
     Rodman, which "tied up" the firm's phones and forced AOL to
     "shut off" her account (L.A. DAILY NEWS, 3/10).
