EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          In Salt Lake City, Mike Gorrell notes the following
     "restructuring" at the SLOC: Licensing Dir ROD HAMSON
     resigned and VP/Marketing & Licensing MARK LEWIS, who was
     "hired away" from Atlanta-based Meridian Management, will
     take on Hamson's duties and manage sponsorship sales and
     services, as well as licensing and brand protection.  BILL
     WAGNER was promoted to Senior VP/Operations and TOM CORNWALL
     was named Dir of Sport Operations (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 3/10).
          OTHER MOVES: ATP Tour Exec VP/Int'l Group MICHAEL DUFF
     will leave the Tour on March 28 to join Australia-based
     marketing firm Online Sports Marketing.  Duff's replacement
     has not been named (ATP Tour)....GUILLERMO APONTE was named
     Dir of Int'l Ad Sales for ESPN Int'l's two person sales
     office in Mexico City opening this month (ESPN Int'l).
     ...ROBERT BURGESS YOWELL II, formerly Dir & VP/Corporate
     Sponsorship of National Sports & Spirit, was named Dir of
     New Business Development at ko/Envision (ko/Envision).
