ADVANTAGE AND API GROUP JOIN TO FORM "ADVANTAGE"

11.10.1998

          ADVANTAGE INT'L and THE API GROUP, the recently merged
     companies that formed part of Octagon, have changed their
     name to Advantage, effective December 1.  The physical
     merger of the London offices of Advantage Int'l and API will
     take place by the end of February.  Advantage also named
     ALASDAIR RITCHIE as President of Marketing for Europe,
     Africa, Asia and Australasia.  Ritchie, who was most
     recently TBWA Int'l President & CEO of Europe and
     Australasia, will be based in London (Advantage Int'l).
