ATLANTA ARENA BEHIND SCHEDULE, BUT EVERYTHING IS FOR SALE

Atlanta's new downtown arena is "two months behind
schedule," but "still is planned" to be completed by
September '99, according to Melissa Turner of the ATLANTA
CONSTITUTION. Construction crews are currently working
double shifts to reach the completion date. Meanwhile,
Braves/Hawks President Stan Kasten is still "seeking"
corporate sponsors for the arena's naming rights and for
venues like the "Thrashers Nest," an area that overlooks the
concourse connecting the arena to the CNN Center. Kasten:
"If you're asking is everything for sale, yes." Buyers have
"committed" to 80 of the 90 luxury suites at between
     $135,000 and $225,000 (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 11/10).
