At the meetings today in K.C, the NFL may make a
decision on Browns President Carmen Policy's "plea to relax
the tampering rules" for building a front-office, but
Patrick McManamon of the AKRON BEACON JOURNAL writes that
several teams "did not offer Policy and the Browns much
hope." Dolphins President Eddie Jones: "I don't think we
should do it. I think it's disruptive." Bills Owner Ralph
Wilson: "I don't think we need to say any prayers for Carmen
Policy, or kneel down and light candles for him." Tagliabue
said that the league "is considering easing the rules
regarding assistant coaches so that they could interview for
