E! EXAMINES GROWTH OF WOMEN'S SPORT IN "HARD BODIES"

          The progress of female pro athletes was examined by
     E!'s Gabrielle Reece in the special "Hard Bodies."  While
     female athletes are now "one of the hottest tickets in
     town," women's sports "have only recently hit the
     mainstream."  Reece added that although women are "gaining
     equal court time" with the men in pro sports, it may be
     years before they earn "comparable pay."  ABL Lasers G
     Jennifer Azzi: "The economics of it has to come along before
     you're going to have those outrageous salaries."  L.A. WNBA
     F Lisa Leslie: "I don't know that we would ever catch up to
     where the men are, but I think that our pay will definitely
     continue to increase over the years" (E!, 9/27).
