MLS TO PUT ON GAME FACE FOR '99 SEASON

OR-based Game Face Marketing will serve as the official
sales coach of MLS for the '99 season. Representatives of
Game Face, a sales firm specializing in team sports, are
currently evaluating ticket sales operations for all 12 MLS
teams and are making preparations for the upcoming season.
Each team will receive customized sales training after the
'98 season. Game Face President Robert Cornilles said that
the focus will not only be on individuals, but also the
corporate community. In addition to the sales training,
Game Face will conduct a sales seminar for MLS GMs and sales
directors during the offseason, which will be similar to the
one it held at the '98 All-Star Weekend last July (MLS).
