          OTHER EXECS: The SLOC named CATHY PRIESTNER ALLINGER
     Managing Dir of Sports, responsible for overseeing the sport
     program and running the sports competition for both the 2002
     Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (SLOC)....Kroger Senior
     Classic Chair BURCH RIBER was replaced by DON SCHUMACHER,
     formerly the Exec Dir of the Greater Cincinnati Sports &
     Events Commission (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 9/21)....MATT BASS
     was named Dir of Marketing at Fox Sports South (FSS).  Bass
     was at Universal Marketing Associates (FSS)....Rainbow Media
     Holdings named HANK RATNER as COO.  He will report to
     President & CEO JOSH SAPAN (DAILY VARIETY, 9/22).
