"BLOOD ON THE HORNS": NEW BOOK ON BULLS LIKELY TO CAUSE STIR

Author Ronald Lazenby has written "Blood on the Horns:
The Long Strange Ride of Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls,"
which is excerpted in Sunday and Monday's CHICAGO SUN-TIMES.
The book, published by Addax Publishing, is available in
bookstores nationally. Sunday's excerpt focused on coach
Phil Jackson's relationship with team VP/GM Jerry Krause,
while today's deals with the relationship between Michael
Jordan and Krause. Lazenby writes how Jordan "was
particularly hard" on Krause during the '97 playoffs. At
one point, during a team bus ride, Jordan shouted: "Jerry
Krause! Jerry Krause! Hey, Jerry Krause, let's go fishin'.
(Krause had taken up fishing over the past few years.) Hey,
Jerry Krause, let's go fish. It's B.Y.O.P. Bring Your Own
Pole. Don't worry. If we don't catch anything, you can
just eat the bait yourself'" (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 8/31).
