EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Mighty Ducks President PIERRE GAUTHIER will assume the
     post of team GM, as former GM JACK FERREIRA has been offered
     a new position with the club (Mighty Ducks)....Soccer
     Promoter EMILIO POZZI was named Senior VP/Venues for the '99
     FIFA Women's World Cup Organizing Committee (WWOC)....MSG
     named ROBERT POLLICHINO as its new Exec VP/Finance. 
     Pollichino served as Rainbow Sports Senior VP for the last
     five years (MSG)...The USTA named ROBERT GEBBIE as Dir of
     Administration & CFO.  The USTA also promoted PATRYCIA
     AZZARA from U.S. Open Assistant Ticket Manager to Ticket
     Manager (USTA)....Former CISL Dir of Operations DON SHAPERO
     was named Special League Advisor for the first-year Premier
     Soccer Alliance indoor league.  He will assist league
     President GORDON JAGO in all matters affecting the PSA's
     operation, business planning and development (PSA).
