EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CHARLES STRANG was named NASCAR's National
     Commissioner.  Strang is currently Dir of the American Power
     Boat Association and the World VP for Int'l Motorboating
     (NASCAR)...American Skiing Company named WARREN COOK as its
     COO.  Cook was most recently the company's Senior VP/Resort
     Operations (ASC)....Pac-10 Conference Associate Commissioner
     DAVID PRICE was named by the NCAA to head its enforcement
     and student-athlete reinstatement staff (NCAA)....Sport
     Magazine named BETH-ANN BURZON as Dir of Sales Development. 
     Burzon was most recently Regional Sales Dir for Hachette
     Filipacchi Magazines (Sport)....RICK ELDER has been named
     Dir/Communications for the PSA Thunder.  Elder was the VP of
     the Super Bowl XXX Host Committee (PSA).
