FACILITY NOTES

          TX-based HKS will be the architect of record for the
     downtown Dallas sports arena.  The Dallas Arena Group also
     selected two Dallas minority-owned businesses,
     Johnson/McKibben Architects Inc., and CamargoCopeland
     Architects LLP as associate architects for the $230M
     project.  Architect David Schwarz was chosen last month to
     design the sports arena (FT. WORTH STAR TELEGRAM, 7/24).
     ...In Chicago, Michael Sneed reports that Bears Owner
     Michael McCaskey's "would-be deal to build a new stadium in
     Elk Grove Village is almost as dead as a smelt" (SUN-TIMES,
     7/24)....NJ Developer William McCann, President & CEO of
     Allied Junction, Corp. has "quietly begun pushing plans for
     building the Yankees a new stadium next to a huge train
     station under construction in the Meadowlands" (N.Y. DAILY
     NEWS, 7/24)....Parking at Three Rivers Stadium for Steelers
     games will increase next month for the first time in eight
     years.  Rates will increase from $5 to $8 for regular-season
     games and from $5 to $9 for playoff games.  Rates for
     Pirates games will not increase (TRIBUNE-REVIEW, 7/23).
