EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Indians named RAYMOND PARK to its Board of
     Directors, bringing the number of directors to six.  Park is
     Founder & Chair of the int'l business company, Park Corp.
     (Indians)....Pacers President DONNIE WALSH promoted coach
     LARRY BIRD to the position of Exec VP, expressing "his desire
     to keep Bird with the organization after Bird leaves
     coaching" (INDIANAPOLIS STAR-NEWS, 7/16)....Fox Sports
     Americas (FSA) named BILL LOPEZ as Dir of U.S. Ad Sales.  He
     will be based in New York and report to ANDREW THAU, VP/GM
     Fox Sports Americas.  Lopez has been with FSA since '95
     (FSA)....FL Citrus Sports named CARLA POSTON as Dir of
     Marketing and PAT HOFFMAN as Dir of Membership (THE DAILY).
