PLAYIN' ON THE OLD BANDO: BREWERS TO SELL STADIUM RELICS

          WI-based Sports Marketing & Management Group's Sonny
     Bando, the son of Brewers GM Sal Bando, will administer a
     contract worth "roughly" $750,000 to sell memorabilia from
     County Stadium once the Brewers move into Miller Park in
     2000, according to Kenneth Lamke of the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL
     SENTINEL.  Stadium Board Exec Dir Mike Duckett said that
     Sports Marketing & Management Group could earn close to
     $100,000 profit if it is able to bring in $750,000 in gross
     proceeds from memorabilia sales, which will be used to help
     pay for Miller Park.  Sale items include seats, sections of
     the foul poles, signs and urinals.  Bando, on the urinals:
     "I personally wouldn't want to buy one, but Comiskey Park
     sold theirs to sports bars" (JOURNAL SENTINEL, 6/26).
