ESPN CHILTON SPORTS POLL: NIKE & A-B NAMED TOP TWO SPONSORS

          ESPN Chilton Sports Poll interviewed 11,227 respondents     ages 12+ from April '97 through March '98.  All were asked:     "What company would you say is the biggest sponsor or     advertiser in all of sports?"  The top two answers were Nike     and Anheuser-Busch.  Nike was mentioned by 42% and A-B was     mentioned by 23.8%.  The following are the demographics of     those who mentioned each company (ESPN Chilton Sports Poll).
